Accommodation facilities are available for participants in the NIT Calicut hostels during the conference. Allotment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. The charges are to be borne by the participants and are not included in the registration fee.

• Tariff: ₹250 + 5% GST per person per night
• Accommodation Requirement Form: Will be shared on 1st November 2025

Please note:

1. Only bed, pillow, and cot will be provided.
2. Participants are requested to bring their own bedsheet and other personal necessities.
3. Allotment of rooms will be made on a shared basis (in a few hostels), subject to availability.
4. Further details regarding accommodation arrangements will be updated shortly on the NPEC 2025 website.
