Submission Guidelines

• Submit the final paper in IEEE two-column format as a .pdf file not exceeding six (6) A4 pages (max size 2MB).

• Authors must ensure plagiarism check before uploading to IEEE Xplore. More details here.
• Paper title and author order must remain unchanged in final submission.
• Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore only if at least one author registers (full registration/ Student registration) and presents at the conference.
• Reviewers' comments must be addressed in the final paper.

Submit Your Paper

• Login to CMT Microsoft
• Acknowledgment: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Before creating a PDF

1. ● Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
2. ● Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers, copyright notice, watermarks, etc. If any of these elements are desired, they should be added to the document before a PDF is created.
3. ● Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document. Copyright details are included below for reference.
4. ● For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
5. ● For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia),the copyright notice is:

Check Final Paper in PDF eXpress

• Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Site
• First-time users:
  • Select "New Users"
  • Enter the following details:
    • Conference ID: 66512X
    • Your email address
    • A password
  • Follow the prompts and complete the setup.
• ● An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
• ● Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Submission of the Copyright Form to IEEE

• Review paper details before submitting the copyright form.
• After passing the PDF check, click 'Submit IEEE copyright form' in the Author Console.
• Read instructions on the IEEE Copyright Form Submission page before proceeding.
• Submit the form on the IEEE Copyright Web Site and download a copy.
• Upload the completed form in the Author Console by dragging or selecting 'Upload from Computer' then click 'Save'.
