Presentation Guidelines

All papers must be presented at NPEC 2023 to be eligible for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Presentation Time

• Each paper is allocated 15 minutes, with up to 12 minutes for the presentation and the remaining time for Q&A.

Uploading Presentation Files

• Presentation files should be uploaded to the assigned room computer before the session starts.
• Volunteers will be available for assistance.

File Format

• Presentation files must be in either Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat PDF (.pdf) format.
• Slides will be displayed on an LCD projector.

Presentation Template

• Authors are free to use their own templates for creating the presentation slides.
