Upload the payment proof and provide other required details to finalize your registration record. - We request you to complete all the steps before the camera-ready submission deadline to ensure inclusion of your paper in the IEEE proceedings.
Important Notes
- IEEE PELS/IAS/IES members will get a 5% additional discount on full registration. Amount after Discount is mentioned above. ( NOT APPLICABLE for Student Members )

Each full registration is valid for one paper. One additional paper is permitted as per charges mentioned above.
- Based on availability, student participants may get hostel accommodation for 4 days ( 13-12-2025 to 17-12-2025 ) on charge basis. More details will be provided on the conference website.
Accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis. - Student registrations are valid for inclusion of papers in the conference proceedings and IEEE xplore.
- Any registration includes access to all conference activities, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- The maximum number of pages in a paper is limited to 6.
